•We started working with Mary Ann Jones years ago for help with our tax preparations. We noted then that she was quite knowledgeable and also fun to work with. We knew she was an active and successful real estate agent so when it came time to sell our home the choice was easy. She visited our home and made several suggestions that she thought would increase the likelihood of a quick sale at the right price. We adopted every one of them and she was right. Through her large network of other agents she was able to have our house shown frequently. It never sat unattended for long. We vacated our property before the sale was completed and moved out of the state. Though several repairs and fixes were required after our departure, she handled them all without our presence being required. She has an extensive list of tradesmen she relies on and they were all reasonable and professional. At all times we felt she was looking out for our best interests and keeping an eye on the money. We recommend her without reservation.
