•Max was very helpful in selling our home. He kept my expectations grounded by being honest. We listed our home with him in late 2017. He obtained several offers, but none of them worked out. He suggested we take the home off of the market and list it for sale in the spring. He did this even though it would delay him getting paid. I am glad he did. We listed the home again in Spring 2018 and quickly obtained and accepted a strong offer. Unfortunately, that deal fell through, but within a couple of days the house was in contract with the couple that ended up with the home. Max agreed to go to the home while some work was being done and neither my wife or I could be there. We really appreciate all of his assistance and most importantly patience. If we ever buy or sell another home in the Charleston area, we will utilized Max's services. Thank you!
