•Rudy is amazing! To start, he was highly recommended to me by someone I trust so I felt really good off the bat in contacting him. I reached out to him via Instagram @Rudysellsaz and we set up a call soon after then an initial meeting at a coffee spot where we talked about what kind of house I wanted, location, price budget, etc. He was friendly, professional, charismatic and highly knowledgeable--all things you want in a realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I literally went into this not knowing much and feeling slightly intimidated BUT Rudy explained everything so well from our very first conversation and every step of the way, he was always a text or phone call away, walking me through the process. He answered every question I had and he was very impressive with his skills in navigating this competitive market! For example, I was initially interested in a house near downtown Phoenix and Rudy was able to find out very quickly after some investigation, why it was still on the market (it was a permit issue we didn't want to deal with) and in another house, I put down an offer and Rudy recommended (and explained) all the things I should get from an inspection (a sewer scope for example) and I ended up finding out that the house was not worth the investment for me due to some piping issues. My parents bought a house a few years ago and their realtor never recommended things like this to them and then issues popped up later down the road so I really appreciated how Rudy looked out for my best interests. I 100% can say I felt that Rudy was on my team and I was all the more lucky because of it. He made sure I had all the information before I made a life-changing investment and he truly went above and beyond. I am recommending Rudy to all my friends and family. I secured my dream home thanks to him and I cannot recommend him enough!!! Go get your dream home, it's possible even in this intense market, if you have Rudy on your side!
