Trevin was excellent to work with. He listened and understood my previous frustrations with large nationwide realtors. Hands down Offerpad was simple and easy to use and was able to get me what I asked for financially + extra. Photographer and cleaning crew were professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Trevin and his team in the future. I highly recommend this company and team to get your sale done quickly and efficiently!!

Trevin Perez of OFFERPAD was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole home selling process. There were several times throughout the process that he went over and beyond the call of duty by ensuring I as the seller was informed in all aspects of the sale by coordinating with the buyers agent on any issues that arose. I highly recommend Mr. Trevin Perez if you are considering selling your home.

We can not say enough about Trevin. He is the best at what he does. We were not trying to sell our house but after we meet with him and he explain detail by detail how was the process. We felt so confident to put our house in the Market and he was there every step of the way. The house sold at asking price in less that a month. He made our dream come true!

Hello, My name is Gabriel. My wife and I decided to sell our home so we were looking around to see what kind of options we had and who did we want to use to help us in the process. We came up across Offerpad and we called them to come out to our home. We had the great pleasure of meeting Trevin and since then the great experience began. Trevin explained the process in a way that it was very understanding which helped us throughout the process. We even got higher than we thought due to his market knowledge. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thanks Trevin! :) from Gabriel & Kiaralis

Trevin is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with. His attention to detail as to what was important to us didn't go unnoticed. He walked us through the process step by step and made us feel comfortable selling our home. If you want someone who truly cares about selling your home or buying a new home, work with Trevin. We are so happy we did.
