I was new to Philadelphia (moved from Boston) and didn’t have any idea about the housing market, nor did I know if I was ready to make a purchase. Maurice was very accommodating, attentive and generous with his time without being overly aggressive,l. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Philadelphia market and was able to provide insights based on his own experience. I would highly recommend Maurice if you need a laid back realtor that is able to negotiate and get the job done without too much stress.

Steve did a fantastic job helping us throughout the entire home buying process. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns as first time home buyers. During our home search Steve was very flexible and able to meet us to look at homes whenever it fit our schedule. Steve worked hard to narrow our search down to homes that fit our budget/ tastes.
