If you own bayfront all you need to do is drop a line off your bulkhead, or go out in your boat and even head out Barnegat Inlet, which is only 2 miles away. And so many more ideas for boating fun. But perhaps the best reason to buy bayfront is people: Do you have kids? Do they have friends and toys? Being able to hang out and have fun with all those water toys (boats, jet skis, etc) is more fun for most people than just sitting on the beach and looking at the ocean. If you like to entertain you’ll quickly find that you don’t have to do anything to have guests enjoy themselves other than getting them to come visit.
