I had a lovely but small house in Bellair Bluff area that I could not sell. Previous Realtor took poor photos and was not dedicated. But by chance I met Denise who took professional photos and made a video of the house. Within the first week of advertising on the Internet had cash buyer and a bank loan buyer interested in house.. By second week I had the house on contract and closed within 30 days. She is the best based on comparison with other Realtors, skills, making suggestions to increase curb appeal and a great personality. Definitely will ask her to sell my next future home.
