Choosing carlos and his team for the most important purchases of our life was the best decision we could’ve made. He is very professional and very responsive when you have questions. We got the house we wanted offer accepted and opened escrow right away. The whole escrow was a smooth experience and we were able to close in 17 days ahead of time of the anticipated closing date. some credits were also negotiated wich was a plus since we got to keep more of our original purchase money.
