Melissa was always available at any time of the day to take us to see a home. When we started looking for a home in 2021, the market was so tough. We talked to Melissa about our plans to take a break, and she was so understanding and supportive. Later in March 2022, we decided to start looking again, we rang her up about getting back in the market and she was indeed ready. She was always available and ready to help with great advice. Many days we got frustrated and she would tell us "I will find you guys a great home that you will love". She went beyond her job description by encouraging us and pushing us not to give up on the process. Melissa is also a great communicator with integrity and is very honest. She will call, text, and keep up us to date with every single piece of information about the process. She was never late on writing an offer, and she would always send us a copy and called us to explain everything about the process. It was a great excitement for my wife and me when Melissa called us with the good news of "Offer Accepted!" We celebrated together and Melissa kept us in the loop of each and every step to the final day of closing. She was such a Blessing! With her guidance, the process was stress-free with no headaches.
