Mandie did a amazing job! Not only was she very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, but she also had a list of clients ready to buy! For a seller it doesn't get much better than that. Mandie made a valiant effort to make sure to call me regularly throughout the week and keep me up to date every step of the way. There are not enough good things I can say about Trish. She made my home buying experience the best experience. She was so patient with me, explained things to where I understood or until I understood, was so humble, always observant and involved in each house. All I can say is that Patricia Nappi was EXCELLENT. Despite the fact the house did not have a high value Patricia treated this transaction just as though it was a house with far more value -- in the $300,000 to $500,000 or even high range. She did not hesitate to keep me informed on all aspects including letting me know how many people she showed it to. I highly recommend her to anyone. She knows what she is doing. IOh yes, from what I understand the weather in Ashtabula was not all that great but this did not stop Patricia from showing the property. I forgot to add that I am in Twin Falls, Idaho and the property is in Ashtabula, Ohio. We conducted our business using the telephone and the internet with no problems at all. Everything was handled just as if we were in the same room yet Twin Falls is about 2000 miles from Ashtabula.

I decided to use the listing agent as the buyer going for a cash offer. There is no one more dependable as an agent. I didn't have to think twice, i was able to depend on Trish to get the job done. Trish pays attention to detail even when I didn't notice. For example when you close on a home you usually get a gift from the agent like wine or cheese. Trish gave me a gift that I could used when I causlly mentioned my hobbies and likes. Im summary above ans beyond for the customer is sometimes a hard find, however I found that and more in agent Trish Nappi. I am pleased.
