I was never kept in the dark. Sheila was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide clear explanations to questions that came up. We spoke at least once a day until we found the place, then check ins twice a week while we were waiting for other parties and lenders to come back with more requirements. She has built a great relationship with other professionals and if there was something outside of the scope of her role, she was able to point us to trusted contacts.
