•My wife and I recently sold a home in Rhinelander working with Scott and Lynn Freimuth of Northern Wisconsin Realty. From the first contact and even past the closing, Scott and Lynn were friendly, attentive, caring, and professional. We always received quick responses to our inquiries. Further, Scott helped manage many aspects of the sale throughout to help ensure a timely and successful closing. The result was an offer within hours of our listing (which actually resulted in the final sale) and a closing about 30 days from acceptance. Their established relationship with our title company, Oneida Title, served to help make things go more smoothly and quickly. As an example of just a couple of the “extras” we received, Scott helped with the purchase request of the buyer for much of the existing furniture, and even removed and delivered a family heirloom that was frozen in the ground—unsolicited! Amazing! Both personally and as a small business owner, I truly appreciate the efforts and close relation this family firm provided for us during this time. I can and will recommend them to anyone I encounter who is selling or seeking a property in the area. Truly one of the best service experiences of my life.
