•This was our first time buying a house and Troy was perfect. He is so professional, organized, and experienced. He absolutely put us at ease and made the whole process very smooth. He knows all the ins and outs of the industry and was able to get us a great deal and moved quickly to meet our timeline. If I ever buy another house or sell this one, I will be going with Troy again no question.
Troy is an amazing realtor and thoughtful, kind human to work with during the home-buying process. We were first-time homebuyers and searching from afar, and Troy made the process so smooth for us. We were looking for someone with many years of experience, VA loan and veteran support experience, and a deep knowledge of the market, and Troy checked all of those boxes. During the search, he held Zoom calls to get to know us and get us set up from afar, and led us on a great 10-property tour in person one day, where he instructed us on what he was noticing and looking for and got a feel for our preferences. His online portal made it easy to look at properties and leave comments, and when one popped up that we liked, he jumped on scheduling a tour that he went in-person for that same day and did a virtual FaceTime tour with us that was incredibly thorough and helpful. He laid out our options for how to make a strong offer and it was accepted right away as a result. He secured a trusted inspector and navigated a tricky closing timeline for us with diligence and extreme attention to detail. He called us nearly every day to give a status update and explain everything, from the inspection report to our next steps with escrow or the mortgage broker. We absolutely could not have gotten the house we did on the timeline we did without Troy being on top of all of the moving parts and pieces and being our champion and advocate. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
