•Kris Hutaff has represented my family for three generations both as seller and buyers agent. I have had some dealings with other agents, but Kris is the best I have ever seen. She is helpful to both the buyer and seller, extremely knowledgeable of market conditions as we have seen many ups and downs and has ethics and morals many could/should learn from. Myself/family never have to give anything a second thought that things are handled professionally, respectfully and represents everyone involved well. She very professionally will also not be run over or pushed in a corner, always does the right thing no matter what and no matter if it cost her a sale. A true compassionate person that loves what she does and it shows. Kris is best and more you could begin to think of in my book!! Sincerely, Steven W Matthews (and three generations of family)
