I cannot recommend Robin more highly. My father passed away and I needed to sell his house in Lewes, Delaware. I had never sold a house before and had no idea how to go about it. I was planning on randomly calling a few realtors in the area and using one of them. However, in the mail at the house was a note from Robin, who it turns out had been the real estate agent years ago when my mom and dad bought the house. It was just a nice note checking up on my father because she had heard about the passing of my mom. I decided to give Robin a call, and I’m glad I did. Robin is very proactive and pleasant to work with. With me being out of state, I did not have any good contacts in terms of painters, electricians, cleaners, etc. Robin seems to know everyone in the real estate business - she has a network of people that she has worked with before and trusts to do a good job. For any work that we needed done, Robin called them directly and arranged everything. I can’t stress enough how helpful this was for me, since I don’t live in the area. Throughout the whole process, Robin was a calming presence who got out in front of any issues. Her performance was superb. You won’t find a better, more knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.
