We evaluated three very qualified realtors when we made the decision to sell our townhouse. Krystal was the best prepared and when we decided to go with her, it was based on that as well as her personality. We were never disappointed with that decision. She was responsive and assisted us in so many ways because we live a distance from the home we were selling. Krystal made sure the documents that were needed were in order and that the showings went well. The home sold very quickly and we really didn’t need to do anything but sign papers and pick up the check. Anyone that chooses her as their realtor will not be disappointed.

Krystal was our relator last summer when we were selling our property. She was amazing to work with, always made herself available and was incredibly on top of things. We have worked with other realtors in the past but I must say I was impressed by her dedication. She would arrive early to showings to open windows at the property and let fresh air in, gave great suggestions on what improvements prior to sale should be done and which didn’t matter.
