•I was coming up on my apartment lease expiring when I was put in contact with Emmanuel. I was on a time crunch and he was more than willing to help! Looking at property after property, and not finding anything, I was starting to feel like maybe homeownership was not for me. Emmanuel stayed vigilant to the homes on the market and let me know when other homes came available. The last tour of a home scheduled before I gave up, was the perfect home for me. Beginning the contract and buying process, I had zero knowledge of what I needed to do since I am a first time home buyer. But that did not matter! Emmanuel made sure to stay on top of any question I may have and was very quick with a response. It was an absolute pleasure working with Emmanuel and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to get in contact. I am now fully moved in and loving my new home and it’s all thanks to Emmanuel!
