Belinda was awesome and just what we were looking for in an agent. We are not from the area, so I requested an agent thru Zillow (leaving it up the fate with who we got). Belinda was extremely knowledgeable about the market as well as homes in general. We went to look at a property as I requested, then Belinda suggested that we spend the day looking at others, and at the end of the afternoon I wanted to offer. I trusted her professional advice, and she got us into the house that we wanted when there were multiple offers. She is aggressive and knows her stuff! We closed in under 3 weeks, again because Belinda is just so straight forward down to business. Thank you!
