Timing is everything

We were fortunate to learn of a neighboring property being for sale through communications with Brenda. The details of which could be interpreted as serendipitous. She often made herself available to share details about the property and answer questions. She was quick to provide responses with communications with the seller. Clarifications regarding legal description and timing were needed where she provided resources and offered common sense guidance (which we appreciated very much). All of our interactions with her made the transaction run smoothly. At this phase in life, we have experience with many real estate transactions of which hers was the most straight forward and expedient. She is excellent at her job and has a cute puppy dog too. ;op
