She pointed out challenges we might face when completing the renovation to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We never felt pressured in any way, and it was very clear she was working for us and with our best interests in mind. She brought knowledge and experience of the area and the parties involved. She helped schedule inspections and follow-ups, negotiated credits, recommended lenders who could be more flexible to our needs, and made sure everybody was doing what they needed to when they needed to.
