Gina did a great job for us. She was prepared when she showed us the homes for sale. She had information that was helpful to us on each of the homes we saw. She worked overtime doing the paperwork and kept us posted on each process. She will do a good job for anyone buying or selling.
Brenda Halen with Idaho Property was absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. She went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed every step of the way. Brenda’s attention to detail, honesty, and genuine care for her clients really stand out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Idaho!
Jen was a breath of fresh air. We had been trying to buy a home in our area for several years, working with several other agents who let us down. A friend heard about our struggles and referred us to Jennifer Williams, the agent who had help her but a home. She believed in us from the beginning and five weeks later handed us the keys to our new home. Professional, personable, and a joy to work with. A true partner in the process. We highly recommend Jen to anyone buying a home in Idaho.
Rebecca really looked out for us to make sure we found what we were looking for. The knowledge of n Idaho real estate was a great asset to have.

If you're looking for an elite realtor, Brenda is the one. She is experienced, knowledgeable, personable, hardworking, and persistent. She picks up the phone or, if unavailable, returns calls promptly. She battled through adversity and continued to stay positive. We were blessed to have found her!
Brenda was super knowledgeable and patient with our transaction. She helped us price our house right and we received an offer quickly. That offer fell through but we had a back up buyer shortly after that. It felt like a coach in a boxing match, after the first round, she just kept us hanging in there and we made it to the end as winners. Thanks Brenda!
Our experience with Brenda Halen was great! She sold four properties for us, and was such a great person to work with. She went out of her way to help us with everything that we needed to do. She is top-notch at what she does, and we highly recommend her to help anyone with their realty needs
Brenda is knowledgeable, patient, available, and professional.
We've used Brenda on multiple transactions and she nails it each time. Her office provides great TEAM mentality. When dealing with such an important decision of buying or selling, which we've done both, it's so important to trust your team has your best interest at heart. It's also so important that an agent really knows the area. Brenda and her office have done all of the above!!
We have worked with Brenda on several properties, and would again in a heartbeat. Professional, rational, and hard working, we appreciate everything she did for us, including selling every property she listed for us!
Brenda did a great job and we sold our property in a timely manner. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
