Ashley Nelson, did a great job for me. When I decided to engage her, she was out to my property the next day. I was very impressed with her photography skills. Her pictures were beautiful, and her eye for making sure small details were fixed to make the photos more flattering was impressive as well. The first people she showed the property to bought it. It was a contingency sale and she expertly advised me through the intricacies of that process as it ended up going through an extension while the buyers house sold. Her advice through that situation was spot on! In addition, since I was moving out of the area, she put me in touch with two very fine realtors who met me and showed houses in Latah, Benewah, Shoshone, and Boundary Counties in north Idaho. Near closing time she worked expertly to coordinate a difficult timing situation. I am so grateful for how she navigated me through this tricky real estate sale, and kept the other realtor on the same page with what was going on. Brenda is so professional. She is interested is getting your property sold. We moved my family member in with us. She had the house cleaned the next day with a few repairs done and had the photographer there the day after. She priced it fairly and within a day had 3 offers on the table. We live 4 hours away and she followed up keeping us informed until the day the title changed hands and the sale funded. I found her in may when she showed my home in May. I'm so happy that she didn't price our property so high that it sat on the market for months like many of the comps did. We got more than asking and the transaction was seamless. I will use her again with my rental properties. Very happy!
