This property was sold to an existing renter that owned a manufactured on the lot. The process to create a new city ended up taking 18 months to complete. The process required coordination with the Water and Sewer District, the City Planner, the surveyor, my attorney, the Title Company, and of coarse the buyer. Brenda kept the ball moving while keeping the buyer and seller informed in spite of the lengthy delays to complete the survey and gain City approval.
