Aerial was very involved in the sale of our home from start to finish. Aerial made recommendations on the best way to sell our house and was patient with us throughout the process. I would suggest using Aerial for your selling needs. A SUPERB AGENT

Aerial was absolutely amazing during this house buying process! This is the second time we have used Aerial for home buying needs and she is not just our real estate agent, but our friend! This was a quick turnaround with a 30 day close and multiple bumps along the way that were out of our control to get this deal done. However we met all deadlines on time and closed on our new home! Aerial, thank you for your continued support and help during the process. We will be in contact when going for #3!

I’ve been in contact with Aerial for a few years now regarding my home ownership goals. I am so happy that this year she was able to help myself and my family bring them into fruition. Aerial was so professional and on top of everything and all the steps we needed to take in order to get approved until the final closing.

We sold a property while living out-of-state which required a seasoned real estate agent to assist us with our unique needs. Aerial was instrumental in making the process seamless and was available to assist with connecting us to contractors in order help ready the property prior to listing it. We highly recommend Aerial for her knowledge and professionalism.

This was my first time purchasing a home, so of course I asked a lot of questions. Aerial truly went above and beyond. She is very detailed, organized, communicates clearly/promptly, and is always 20 steps ahead! Aerial had all the answers to my questions and if she was not 100% about something - she would find the answer. My new construction home had some building delays, but Aerial had constant email/phone communication with the builder throughout my entire process. She made a point to call and check-in on me during the ENTIRE process. I was considering another realtor before I met Aerial. When I shared what kind of townhouse I was looking for and budget, the other realtor made it seem like it was impossible to find in Charlotte. However, Aerial was honest, releastic, and educated me about the housing market in Charlotte. It was not impossible with Aerial because she helped me find a community that I LOVE! She was patient and worked with me to find almost everything on my checklist in my townhome. Not only does she have experience as a realtor, she has experience as landlord. I am interested in one day making my current residence a rental property, and purchase another property for me to owner occupy. I know that Aerial will help me through this process because she understands and has gone through a similar process herself. I must say that well after I closed and moved into my new townhome, Aerial continued to check in and sent thank you and holiday cards. Also, she even reminded me to register my appliances for the warranty before the deadline. She embodies all things customer service and truly is a joy to work with! Aerial honestly feels like family now, and she is my forever realtor! I know realtors get paid from buying/selling homes, but working with Aerial you NEVER feel like a transaction/just a check. She genuinely wants to help you buy/sell your home and is your cheerleader! Looking forward to purchasing all of my future properties with Aerial!

Aerial is the utmost professional. She worked with us every step of the way with the sale of our condo in Greensboro. She gathered an incredible amount of information about the process, the City, and the inspection process, and reviewed all the necessary documents that sellers are required to complete as part of the sales process. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, warm energy and great energy and spirit made all the difference in the world. Not being local to the area, she went above and beyond to provide us with contacts in the local Greensboro area. Each referral/recommendation was perfect. They were all just as professional as Aerial. Aerial treated us as if we lived a stone's throw away. Aerial was always available to answer any questions, and if she did not have the answer she would seek out the information and provide us with prompt and timely updates. Aerial is a trusted Real Estate agenda and whether you are a first-time home buyer, the seller, or are in the business of real estate investment, Aerial will work with you to make your real estate dreams come true!

Working with Aerial was the most seamless process, 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate! She’s the sweetest and so easy to work with. She made this process a dream for me! The process from start to finish was less than 30 days which is not typical for most buyers. I can honestly say, I thought she treated my money like her money. She was always very diligent and quick to respond. And even if she was busy, she was quick to get back to me as soon as she was free. Very approachable very kind and very knowledgeable. All the things you look for when you’re making such a huge investment. There’s not a thing I didn’t like about my process with Aerial. She’s definitely meant to be in this field! And I know God‘s going to truly bless her career this year and years to come. Thank you again, Aerial.

Jerell was first class from start to finish. We actually used him for our sell AND our purchase...and we closed both on the same day. From the very first meeting, Jerell left a good impression on us and laid out a clear plan for selling our home and from our purchase. Communication was plentiful and nothing fell through thr cracks. He advised us the entire time for each transaction, and we did not encounter a single hiccup. HIGHLY recommend.
