From pointing out bad roofs and water damage, to explaining what radon systems were, to pointing us towards the best local pizza places, he was a huge help. Brian was outstanding and went above and beyond in every way. Before working with Brian, being deployed and readjusting to civilian life, finding a house and the overall process was very stressful. Brian exceeded our expectations in every way and went above and beyond any other realtor we had previously worked with. He knew exactly what we were looking for, did not waste our time looking at homes that did not match our criteria, and once we found our perfect home he got us in to see it and placed an offer within 24 hours. During the home buying process Brian was in close communication with us every step of the way, was always thinking steps ahead, and was proactive in working with the other parties to make sure there were no loose ends and no surprises.
