"I have been searching for a trusted realtor to sell my property in Southern California while living in Northern California, and Lucy Salem handled everything seamlessly, from organizing repairs/quotes to staging, emails, open communication, negotiations all the way up to closing of escrow. Lucy/Nick dedication and proactive approach made the whole process easy, despite the distance. They really put my mind at ease because I am usually an over thinker/preparer on my end. Their expertise in the market was evident from our first conversation and it showed when it was time. We listed at a solid time, 4days on the market there was a bidding war, we countered, we agreed to terms on both sides, escrow was smooth and it sold above asking.
