•Kelli went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She made the out of state purchase much less stressful. She did a terrific job with the video walk through viewing. She opened all the cabinets, drawers and closets. We also saw the inside of all appliances. Great close ups of the furniture, walls, flooring and everything in the bathrooms. She also went outside so we could see the pond, fishing pier and pool. We made an offer without even seeing the property in person. She was there for all inspections and reported back to us with pictures. She arranged for professionals to give estimates on some services we wanted. She met the service providers at the property, explained what we wanted and did video calls with us so we could see what they planned to do. We were able talk to the providers on video to ask questions and see the products they planned to use. And she was very sweet to leave us a closing gift that was specific to our interests. Now that we have closed on the property I will now refer to her as my friend rather than my realtor.
