Kent is the ONLY Realtor to use in Lakewood Estates and probably other areas as well. He helped us price our home, got it sold in 10 days, followed the process closely all the way through and closed on time! Not sure what more you could ask for. We spoke with another highly respected Realtor team, which we had dealt with on another property, before we listed with Kent...they wanted to sell our home - in their estimate - between $30,000 to $50,000 lower.
