Carmen is fantastic at what she does!! At a time I needed something done as quickly as possible Carmen stepped in and stepped up!! Because our house was in a niche community it was a little harder to sell and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted to help my Dad live worry free for the remainder of hopefully many years! We lowered the price twice but in the end we got above asking right around our original asking price. She is a true professional. She helped us prepare for the sale, determined a fair price and guided us through the process. She posted a notification three weeks prior to the sale and put it on the market. The first two days on the market produced 18 showings and four offers. We settled on an offer that was $20K above asking price. Of course, she then led us through the settlement process. You could not ask for a better agent--pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, friendly--all the good things you would want in an agent and person. I would highly recommend Michelle .
