I am writing this review from the kitchen table of our dream home and I give credit to Tina for getting us here. From the very beginning of our home buying journey, Tina’s support and knowledge facilitated an exciting and painless home-buying experience. Tina had a vacation planned a week after we contacted her expressing the interest to start looking. She sent us a posting for a home that fit our wishlist the day she left, and somehow she coordinated with another realtor to tour us and found the service to stay in constant touch and make deals from the middle of the desert. With her expertise guiding us, we made an offer that got selected out of several “above asking” offers. She came home early, gave us the good news, was there for us throughout, and dreams became a reality real quick! After we were in the home and her job was done, we ran into a well concern (turned out to be nothing) and she was still the same immediately responsive and helpful professional after all the paperwork was signed. She has checked in on us periodically and even sent us fun event listings that are happening in our little town in case we were interested. I know for a fact that Tina works some big deals around the area but she never made us feel like our little home was any less of a priority to her. Working with Tina is like being with a good friend who knows everything (and I mean everything) about real estate. Even my dog liked her. Thank you, Tina! We are so happy here and so grateful that you were our realtor. I cannot say enough good things about Tina and her team. Highly recommend!
