It was a pleasure working with Marie Drew. Her Real Estate and marketing expertise as well as her knowledge of the Gulfport, Florida market, priced our home for a really quick sale at the asking price. While there were issues to be resolved due to an inspection report, Marie was very helpful in providing resources to make things right. Selling and leaving a home one loves is a trying time; however, Marie kept me focused and provided the reassurance I needed on a daily basis to get through the total experience. When it was time to sell our beloved Gulfport cottage, the first agent we thought of to help was Marie Drew. We had invited her to our house more than a year before, to give us an assessment of the market value after some renovations we had done. She remembered us, though she never pressured us in any way about listing or choosing her as the agent. We LOVED our cottage and we LOVE Gulfport, so parting with it was not an easy decision. Marie made the process as good as it could be. She carefully did her research and assessed all the relevant metrics regarding selling; she did nice work with the listing, and really got a lot of attention for our house. She also was very patient with questions and concerns as they arose. She gave good business advice and really knows the market. I am glad we met Marie and listed with her; she did a very effective job of helping us sell the house, and provided kind support throughout the process. We had a fantastic experience with Jodi. She must have shown us 50 homes. We were new to the area and Jodi took the time to show us a lot of different area's and stayed close to the price we gave her. In the end she found us the perfect home on Treasure Island, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our home - it was worth all the time she put into it. Jodi told us were the water was bad, what area's are more desirable - closer to this and that - if the island doesn't have a supermarket (kind important, but not something we would have thought of) which areas flood - etc etc… what prices were reasonable. She even helped us get decently priced flood insurance. Four years after working with her to find our home - she still sends us contacts for plumbers, wall board people, driveway paver businesses all her contacts have been great local reliable workers! Would highly recommend Jodi she's a hard worker and knows her business, and area!!!!

Jodi was my realtor for my home purchase in 2013. We used her after we were unhappy with the first realtor we used. We were on a tight deadline, and she showed us homes every weekend until we found the one. She would prescreen them for us, saving us a lot of time and driving around. She was very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and down to earth, making us very comfortable with her. I would absolutely use her again!
