He listened carefully, and showed us homes that were well within our guidelines. Garrett knew the neighborhoods where we were looking, and enthusiastically led us through those houses from start to finish. Mr. Decker, in additional, was very personable, easy to communicate with, and quite responsive to our calls, emails, and texts all throughout the process. Because of this pleasant experience in home buying, we also listed with Garrett a vacant lot we had held onto for years. He guided us through the negotiation process (with him doing the actual negotiating) with several prospective buyers until a final deal was reached. Immediately responded to our request purchasing a new home. Garrett took more than two hours to identify our needs in his office. No high sales tactics and I thought that was strange considering sales persons I've dealt with. Garrett was informed and forceful on our behalf. Less than a week later we found our lot, other than the house we were looking for. We looked at many. But not what we were looking for. Now we are building. The process has been flawless. Professional direction and guidance. Garrett is the quintessential advocate for the buyer. He has spent hours making sure our purchase and purchasing decisions were right while meeting with the builder and well after. This is our first time buying in Florida. I am an acknowledged Operations Manager so I know when the other parties are holding up there end. Hoping to finish the build in the next year. Highest recommendation doesn't say it. Well done!
