•We moved to KY in 2022. We had sold our house out of state and packed up all our belongings and headed East with our travel trailer. We were going to buy in Eastern TN or London KY. The agent who sold our home for us found Patty in London KY and another agent in TN for us. We contacted both agents and told them what we were looking for. We spent several days with the agent in TN and not one home fit our need. When Patty met us she was well prepared and took us around to see homes that we immediately liked. On the second day we found the home of our dreams and closed within 3 weeks. Since then we have sought Patty's help in locating and closing on two rental homes. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly listens to what you want. She goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. It is obvious that she is well liked in the community. She doesn't stop after she sells you a home. I can call, and I have many times, to ask her whom she would recommend for electrical work, roofing, plumbing etc and always gives me someone who is also very professional. Thank you Patty for you experience and kindness in welcoming us to this community.
