•Brooke offered advice to make the sale of my parent's home quicker. She provided excellent marketing with 19 showings in one weekend. We accepted an offer the following Monday and closed 30 days later. She provided timely, professional advice and expertise to sell the home quickly and painlessly.
I was a co-seller of a property and lived out of state. From what I could tell, Brooke knew what she was doing and provided insight into a situation when the buyer was requesting some repairs when the house was being sold "as is." She did an excellent job on the online virtual tour and the the house was sold in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
