Tamika was a great realtor, as we started this journey in another state just looking online she provided a data base with tons of homes to look at.(new and resale) We were able to get an idea of what we wanted and our first week in Florida she set up 5 homes to tour. There was one clear winner and thankfully it became ours. Tamika was very knowledgeable in the area, the information on each home and the types of questions to ask the seller and inspector. We will definitely be using Tamika if we decide to buy again.
