•Marc Jablon makes every buyer or seller feel like royalty! As a seller and out of state, we were a little overwhelmed. Florida has its own laws and regulations but from the first meeting, Marc eased our concerns, and we were able to move forward. He immediately suggested for us to have a home inspector pinpoint any issues that must be resolved before showing the condo. After hiring a handyman to fix the problems, Marc was very blunt on the price range that would encourage potential buyers to view the property. In a slow market, he was correct with the list price compared to units on the market for months. The photos of the condo were extremely professionally positioned on the website, and we received offers within the next two weeks. He assisted us as we negotiated back and forth for a fair price to sell the condo. Before the closing, Marc explained the process how title companies are utilized compared to law offices up north. It allowed us to feel comfortable, and the entire event went very smoothly. We would recommend Marc Jablon for all your real estate needs as either a buyer or seller!
