•Justin is outgoing and he has the type of personality that people are drawn to. Justin took his time and explained the entire process of listing, selling and what he thought we should and shouldn’t do before putting the house on the market. Justin took the stress of selling our mom’s home from us and that was such a relief. Justin was always available when I called or texted. He is creative in his marketing of homes and he does what he says he will to sell the home. We received three offers on the first day and we accepted one after Justin negotiated a final offer. I would definitely recommend Justin to anyone who wants a good and honest agent to sell or purchase their home.
Justin Cates was very caring about our situation. He made selling our Mom's house a lot easier. He is a very knowledgeable and caring agent. Thank you so much.
Justin did a wonderful job selling our family home after my mom passed away. He helped alleviate some of our stress during this time. He was knowledgeable about the market, kept us informed and was quick to answer questions. He was also very kind and offered advice but was never pushy. We sold to a family who were excited to live there, so my mom would have been happy about that. Thanks Justin!
