Working as a chief inspector for a South Florida inspection company for 5 years and eventually starting my own company in 2010; there is nothing I haven’t seen. I hold multiple licenses including Home Inspector, Mold Assessment, Wind Mitigation Inspector, Residential Property Appraiser and Real Estate Agent. Throughout the past 11 years I have worked hand in hand with local realtors ensuring their buyers are making a safe and financially smart investment; and ensuring Commercial agents their clients are properly insured. My real estate experience has taken me from multiple acre ranch estates to high rise condos overlooking South Florida’s beautiful beaches.
