•Armando did an excellent job helping us land our beautiful Texas home. We recently moved to the area and were initially interested in building. However, due to the rising costs of housing and building, we pivoted toward the resale market. Armando’s initial assessment of the area, costs, and what you get was spot on. It took us almost a year to come back to his expert recommendation (funny how that tends to happen—proof of the value of a good real estate agent). His character shined through during that time, especially his patience. Throughout the resale buying process Armando was transparent on pricing (i.e. openly communicative on a house being significantly overpriced for example) and he weighed in thoughtfully on structure, amenities, location, and more. The best part of our experience: Armando and his wife Pearl are genuinely good people. That resonated the most with me and makes for a great relationship outside of the agent-client relationship. We wish Armando and Pearl nothing but success in their lives including their careers, and what matters most: their family. Best, Brandon & Alejandra
