•We have dealt with quite a few realtors in the past 3.5 years as we have sold our old home & bought both property & homes for family members. No one has been as patient, kind & helpful as Ms. Mullins. She patiently answered all our questions, pointed out assets & defects we needed to be aware of, searched a lot of home listings trying to fit our criteria, visited homes at all hours of the day & evening, slogged through woods & creeks, kept in touch with both the loan officer & us to keep the closing process on track, & made sure that we understood every step of the process. She made a stressful time a lot easier to endure. She treated the whole process professionally; & her love of fitting each family to the perfect home shone through in every detail she handled. We could not ask for a nicer realtor. If we ever need to find another home in Kentucky; we will call on Candi to be our realtor. But we hope we never have to as Candi found us the house of our dreams
