•Jeff helped my fiance and I purchase our first home in August 2019. We were looking for a duplex for quite some time and Jeff has experience in multi-home properties. We met him at an open house in our neighborhood and we liked that he was down-to-earth and very professional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us with our search. We discovered the listing that we eventually went on to purchase and we actually knew the listing agent. However, we chose to have Jeff represent us in the buying process and were happy with that choice. We had a less-than-traditional purchasing experience and Jeff was very helpful in offering out-of-the-box solutions. He was attentive to our concerns and we built a great relationship with him through the process. After we purchased our home, we discovered that the seller had left quite a bit of furniture and junk behind. Jeff came over on a Sunday morning to help make our move-in experience better. He gave us a recommendation on a termite company and they unfortunately broke some of our sprinkler heads. Jeff went out of his way to fix them for us. These are a few of the examples where Jeff showcased what type of agent he is. He will go above and beyond for his clients. We would be more than happy to work with Jeff again in the future and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.
Super pro advice , super nice guy currently assisting me and my wife on how to go from a 2 unit property to a 4 unit property we are learning so much and will be sure to move forward with Jeff Boyce soon
