Easy Sale on my terms

Joseph was very aggressive with listing my condo for sale from the beginning. He explained the right strategy for getting it sold quickly and attracting lots of attention from buyers. Because of this, it went into escrow in under two weeks and I sold the condo for $50k over what I initially thought it was worth. The offers we received were on my terms while still getting the highest sales price.
