Dream home buying experience!

Buying a house is a stressful process to begin with, but the added stress of finding the perfect realtor is something we did not have to worry about when we chose Angie! Angie was top of our list when we first decided to start house hunting. Months before being officially ready to make the big purchase, we met with Ang and talked out our ‘need to haves’ and ‘nice to haves’, the towns we were interested in, and our price range. She couldn’t have been more honest about how ugly the current climate of the realty world was but we were never nervous! Ang prepped us for what was out there and the craziness that could very possibly ensue. Weekly check-ins helped keep us on track with the process, before, during, and after the purchase of our new home. Finally, the day came when a house came up that we thought could be right for us and Ang had us there, walking the property lines within a few hours of our call. Ang had an answer for almost every question, and for the ones she was unsure of, there was no hesitation to find us the best answer. To me, utilizing your resources is one of our greatest life tools! She explained everything to us, every step. After only seeing 3 houses, we found the one! We were fully equipped with the knowledge and confidence to make our highest and best offer. With Ang by our side, and her love of realty and her clients (seriously, love!), our first offer was accepted! We couldn’t believe it! Our home buying experience was a dream thanks to Ang! The people and services she recommended were great to work with as well, from the inspection company to our legal services. Start to finish, we could not have asked for a better experience and a better realtor in our corner.
