•We sold our condo with Debbie. We had a very good experience throughout the whole process. We let her guide us as this was the first time we were selling a property and felt at ease/comfortable throughout. We felt that she was never pushy and always puts the needs of her client first. She always gave us the right advice regardless of whether or not that might lead to a sale or not. She also offered us her guesthouse after the sale was completed. The fact that she is still friends with most of the people whose homes she’s helped buy/sell speaks to how wonderful she is as a person as well as being a great realtor. If we ever come back to the San Diego area and need to buy a home, she’ll be the one helping us through the process.
