I would like to start this review by writing that Samir has a great work ethic, which is a quality I highly value and I believe most house hunters will agree with me. I only have but great things to say about my experience and journey with working with Samir. He is an agent who will be there for you, who will work with you nonstop, days/nights until he helps you find the perfect home. Samir will then stay by you your side until the end, when you finally have the keys to your new home. Samir has excellent communication and listening skills, which are valuable skills any house hunters would want their agents to have. He listened to my needs and maintained ongoing communication with me throughout the entire process. Additionally, Samir was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the neighborhoods I was interested to. He would tell me if the neighborhoods were worth investing. Samir also has great patience. Last but not least, Samir's easygoing and friendly personality along with his great communication, listening skills and knowledge in the real estate market made the process an easy and stress-free experience. I trust Samir and recommend him highly and without reservation.
