I watched all the real estate shows mostly with home buyers well above my financial status featuring houses in neighborhoods that I could only dream of owning. The agents professional, stylish, well spoken with a flair for negotiating back by tenacity. Now thats what I saw on television, Tanisha was all that and more. Tanisha was readily available, she keep the lines of communication open. I never felt put off or neglected to the point that, when she was away celebrating her WEDDING anniversary I texted her for guidence. Not only did she respond to my text she called me (there was a time difference) taking away from her personal time to educate and encourage me. Tanisha wasn't just a fabulous real estate agent she represented my best interest even in areas that I wasn't knowledgeable. For example I wanted to get Title insurance and allotted in my budget for it, she put in my contract for the seller to pay! "More money in my pocket" She encouraged me with positive affirmations at the end of each call and spiritually inspired me with words of prayer. I don't know if those agents on television did this for their clients but thats my experience with Tanisha. She's needs her own show, somebody contact Bravo!
