Unbelievably incredible experience! My mom had to be moved into a personal care very quickly due to health issues. Joe had the home listed immediately and under contract in less than ONE WEEK! He and Stephanie handled all the details from inspections, to cleaning, etc. and were very accommodating and made a very quick and difficult move (during the pandemic) seamless. I would hands down recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell a home!

Nabo Realty, Joe P.. and Stephanie Schmoldt made the sale of my mom's home rapid and seamless. I had to quickly transition her into a personal care home, Joe had it on the market immediately, handled all details to limit the burden on me and was a tough negotiator but fair. Her home was under contract in less than one week and closed within the next month!! I would undoubtedly recommend Nabo Realty to anyone.
