Working with Maribel was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and strategies for placing successful offers. She is also very honest and transparent which is very refreshing to see as some real state agents are only in it for the money, with her this is not the case as she is really trying to help you find the right home for you. Once we had an accepted offer she was extremely diligent and efficient with paperwork and key deliverables which meant that the transaction process whent very smoothly. All the stars aligned jusr right and we where even able to close on our home early! As i mentioned working with Maribel was a pleasure and an absolute breeze, and I would recomend her to anyone looking for a new home.
