•Rachelles knowledge of the Arizona market is absolutely amazing. She listened to what my wife and I would lime to have but she picked up on little things I half heartedly mentioned. The move to Arizona was a difficult one for me since I had lived in Washington State my entire life. Rachelle answered the many many questions I had about the Arizona life and set my mind at ease. Once Rachelle help to locate our forever house she went to bat for us to ensure it was a smooth purchase. In closing, I would like to say Rachelle Heinzen-Ruchty is an amazing realtor, she communicated with us daily, answered all our questions, and we would use her for every real-estate transaction in Arizona. Selena and I cannot thank her enough!!
