I can’t compliment Sharp Realty enough. Ryan was so on top of all the entire process. He was extremely effective at communicating with us, the sellers, and our mortgage company. I never felt confused about what was going on because he frequently called and updated me. What I appreciated the most was how available he was at any hour. Ryan was such an excellent realtor! He assisted me in selling my home during a divorce. So many realtors are snakes! Ryan is honest, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Realtors are everywhere. Everyone knows a dozen of them. Ryan is the best choice around!!! If I am ever able to afford a house again in the Utah market, I’ll absolutely hire Ryan as my realtor!
